"Balamritam" by Ranganatha Iyer with 125 musical compositions of Svati Tirunal, notated in 1918. Renganatha Iyer's father was a member of Svati's court. Renganathaiyer has written 4 books - Balamrtam, Sangita-raja-rangam, sangita-rangam and one more. Sangita-raja- rangam has many kirtana-s of Tyagaraja and Sangita-rangam has 4 Kathakali songs notated, perhaps the first effort. |
